What we collect when you use dottut.com, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.
This policy covers dottut.com, operated by DotTut Innovora Labs from Tuticorin (Thoothukudi), Tamil Nadu, India. It describes the personal data the website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic analytics about how the site is used.

Contact and job-application data is stored in our own database and also emailed to us at hello@dottut.com. Resumes are stored as files in that same database and are visible only to signed-in DotTut administrators.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works without them, though it will forget your theme preference. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across every site using Google's browser add-on.
Third parties
A few outside services run on this site or receive data as a result of using it.
- Google Analytics measures site usage. Google acts as a data processor and may process this data outside India.
- YouTube serves the demo video. It loads only when you play it, and we request the privacy-enhanced player. Playing a video means YouTube can set its own cookies under its own policy.
- Google Maps renders the map on our contact page. The map is embedded from Google and can set its own cookies under Google's policy when it loads.
- WhatsApp is used for the chat button. Clicking it opens WhatsApp and starts a conversation under WhatsApp's own policy.
- Email delivery uses an SMTP provider to send us the messages you submit.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept while they are commercially useful and reviewed periodically. Job applications are kept for up to two years so we can consider you for later openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@dottut.com and we will action the request. If you applied for a role and want your resume removed, tell us and we will delete the file and the application record.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, admin access is password protected with per-user permissions, and resumes are never exposed at a public URL. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or which services we use, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
