DotLeads

Give every prospect a reason to reply.

DotLeads finds businesses on Google, reads their websites and shows you what each one is missing. Then it drafts your first message with a free review of their business attached, so you open by offering something instead of asking for something.

How it works

From a map search to a signed client

Each stage feeds the next, so the research that found a prospect is still there when you write to them, meet them and send the proposal.

01

Find

Search Google Places by type of business and area. Each result becomes a company.

02

Read

A crawler reads each website and scores it, following the site's robots.txt.

03

Spot

Rules flag what the business is missing, based on what the crawl found.

04

Reach out

Send an email or WhatsApp message with a link to their audit.

05

Close

Meetings, a proposal, a contract and an invoice, on one timeline.

The shareable audit

Open with something useful, not a sales pitch

Any prospect can get a free review of their business: a read-only page that says what they do, what is already working, and the few things most worth fixing, with what each one is costing them. Businesses with no website get one too, built from what is known about them.

It names four gaps at most. Ten faults from a stranger read as an attack, and three or four specific ones read as someone who looked properly. It is sent as a link, because a WhatsApp message cannot carry a file and a PDF on a phone is worse than a page.

Why prospects believe it

Built on evidence, not guesswork

Outreach only works when what you say about a business is true. These rules are in the engine, not left to whoever writes the message.

No crawl, no findings

Until a website has actually been read, the only gap DotLeads can flag is not having one. Findings are never invented for a site nobody has looked at, because one wrong claim costs the whole conversation.

Scores are worked out, never typed in

Every lead score runs from 0 to 100 and is recalculated when the company, its website or its opportunities change. Admins set the weights, and whoever owns a lead is told when its score jumps.

Opened means a person opened it

Messaging apps that build link previews and mail scanners that open every link are not counted. When an audit shows as opened, someone read it, so you know who to call first.

Your keys and your mailbox

Each workspace uses its own OpenAI key, Google Places key and mail server. Outreach leaves from your address, and nothing ever falls back to ours, so your costs and your sender reputation stay yours.

Website intelligence

Six numbers from every website it reads

Each runs from 0 to 100 and comes from checks simple enough to explain to the business owner in a sentence.

SEO

Title and meta description, a single main heading, a canonical link, image alt text, a sitemap, robots.txt and structured data.

Performance

Page weight, number of requests, render-blocking scripts and images without set sizes. An estimate read from the page, not a lab test.

Accessibility

Page language, image alt text, labels on form fields, and whether headings follow in order.

Security

HTTPS, mixed content, HSTS, content security and framing headers, and email addresses left in plain text on the page.

Quality

The four above in one number: SEO 30 percent, performance 25, accessibility 20 and security 25.

Digital maturity

A live site, how well it is built, whether customers can order, book, log in, chat or pay, and how current its technology is.

What's inside

Pipeline

Fifteen stages from Discovered to Won, with tasks and meetings on every company.

  • Add stages of your own in between
  • A copilot to ask about any lead

  • See when a proposal has been viewed
  • Contracts from draft to signed to active
Your team and your data

A workspace for your team, and no one else

Invite the people who sell with you. Your prospects, your notes and your keys never mix with another team's.

Roles for each workspace

Admin, Manager and Sales rep, granted per workspace. Scoring weights and pipeline stages stay with admins.

Separated where the data is stored

Every record belongs to one workspace and every query is filtered to it automatically, so one team's prospects never appear in another's.

Keys stored encrypted

Your OpenAI key, Places key and mail server details are stored encrypted and used only for your workspace.

Joined by invitation

People join a workspace when they are invited to it. There is no public sign-up form to wander in through.

Questions

DotLeads, answered

What does DotLeads do?

It finds businesses that need what you sell and gives you a reason to contact them. It finds businesses on Google, reads their websites, spots what each one is missing, and drafts outreach with a free review of their business attached. Then it runs the pipeline through to a proposal, a contract and an invoice.

Where do the prospects come from?

From Google Places. You search by type of business and area using your workspace's own Places key, and each result becomes a company you can crawl, score and contact.

What does a prospect see in their audit?

A read-only page about their business: what they do, what is already working, up to four gaps with what each one costs them, and ideas with a suggested order of work. It never shows your lead score, your notes or what you plan to sell them.

Does it send messages for me?

Email is sent from your workspace's own mail server when you choose to send it. WhatsApp opens with the draft filled in, and LinkedIn messages and calls are logged, so every conversation sits on the company's timeline.

Do I need my own API keys?

Yes. Each workspace uses its own OpenAI key, Google Places key and mail server, set in Settings. Nothing falls back to ours, so your costs and your sender reputation stay your own.

How do I get access?

DotLeads is by invitation while we onboard teams one at a time. Tell us what you sell and who you sell to, and we will set up a workspace for you.
