Your AI social media team, with you in charge.
DotEcho learns your business, researches your market every week, sets the week's themes and writes a separate version for each platform. Every piece is checked for accuracy and brand fit, and nothing goes out until a person approves it.
Theme: websites that bring in enquiries
Three things we check before any small business website goes live. Can a customer find your phone number in five seconds? Does the contact form work on a phone? And does anyone get told when it is used?
One cycle a week, from research to what worked
The cycle starts on the day and hour you choose. Research, strategy and drafts arrive within minutes, and the approvals queue fills with work waiting for a decision.
Research
Reads your feeds, pages, keywords and competitors, and scores what is worth talking about.
Strategy
Picks the week's themes against your goals, your content pillars and what worked before.
Create
Turns each theme into a brief, then writes a distinct version for each platform.
Check
Scores accuracy, originality, brand fit, platform fit, relevance and risk.
Approve
A person approves it, sends it back or rejects it before anything is published.
Learn
Explains what worked and why, and hands that to next week's strategy.
It writes from what you told it, not from what it guesses
Before it writes a word, DotEcho learns your business: what you sell and to whom, how you position yourself, your tone, the words you use, the topics to stay away from, and the claims you have approved.
Anything it states as fact about your business has to come from those approved claims. Anything else is flagged as an accuracy problem during the quality review, before a person ever has to catch it.

Automation that knows when to stop
Every action the team can take has a rule you control, and the careful defaults are already set.
Checked before you see it
Simple checks run first: length, empty text, and the topics you asked it to avoid. Then each piece is scored on six measures. Weak drafts go back for another pass, up to three, and a rejected one stops with the reason.
A person signs off on anything public
Research, ideas, drafts and quality checks run on their own. Publishing, replies, complaints, sales conversations, outbound messages and anything sensitive wait for a person by default.
Fourteen actions, three settings each
Every action can run automatically, need approval, or be switched off. Destructive actions always need a person, whatever else you change.
One switch stops everything
A single switch pauses all autonomous activity in the workspace, and it records who paused it and when.
Conversations and leads, not just posts
Add a comment or message and the team sorts it: a question, a potential customer, a complaint, spam or something sensitive. It drafts a reply for the ones worth answering, and the reply still goes out from your own account.
When someone shows buying intent, the Lead Agent qualifies them and suggests the next step, and your sales team follows the conversation from engaged through to won.
What is built, and what comes next
DotEcho is built one milestone at a time, and DotTut runs its own social media on it first. This is exactly where it is today.
Plan, draft, approve
BuiltThe Business Brain, weekly research and strategy, drafts, quality review, approvals, the calendar, conversations and leads, and learning reports. Approved posts are published by hand, with a copy button and a confirm step.
Publish
NextLinkedIn and X connected directly, publishing text, image and PDF carousel posts through their APIs, with scheduling and retries.
Listen and learn
LaterComments, mentions and insights pulled in where the platforms allow it, metrics collected automatically, and lead nurturing.
It already writes for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads and TikTok, as posts, threads, carousels, short video scripts, articles and newsletters.
Six roles, and a workspace for every brand
Run one brand or several. Each workspace has its own Business Brain, content, conversations and leads.
Roles that match the work
Owner, Admin, Marketer, Reviewer, Sales and Viewer. A reviewer can approve content without being able to change your settings.
A workspace per brand
Agencies and businesses with more than one brand keep each in its own workspace, with its own voice and its own data.
Separated at the data layer
Every record carries its workspace and every query is filtered to it, so one brand's drafts never show up in another's.
Runs on your own OpenAI key
Each workspace uses its own key, added in Settings, so what the team costs to run shows up on your own OpenAI bill.
